Clear guidance for every step.

NeuroTrace supports clinician-owned speech assessment assignments, private patient recordings, and traceable automated processing for qualified clinician review.

Understand the assessment before you begin

Read the patient guide for the recording process, privacy boundaries and questions to discuss with your clinician.

Choose your guide

  • Patients: understand what you will record, how to prepare, what happens after submission, and when to contact your clinician.
  • Clinicians: review the assignment workflow, administration responsibilities, protected task information, and interpretation boundaries.
  • Technical readers: see the implemented web and production boundaries without relying on obsolete generic-upload or algorithm-selection workflows.
Product boundary

NeuroTrace output is not a diagnosis, a clinically validated conclusion, or a replacement for qualified professional judgment. Patients do not receive automated results.

How the workflow fits together

  1. A verified clinician invites a patient.
  2. The clinician assigns CTP or PBJ and sets the due date.
  3. The patient records only through that assignment.
  4. Submission binds the audio to a numbered attempt and queues background processing.
  5. Only the owning verified clinician can review processing state and generated output.
