Patient guide
Your NeuroTrace workspace contains only tests assigned by your clinician. You cannot choose or change the task, and you will not see automated results.
Account details
Your clinician may optionally supply your first name, surname, and date of birth when inviting you. Check those details during activation and correct them if needed. You can update them later from Profile. They are used for identification and care context, not as input to automated assessment processing.
Before recording
- Read the task instructions before starting.
- Choose a quiet place and reduce avoidable interruptions.
- Check that your browser can use the intended microphone.
- Ask your clinician about accommodations, participation, consent, consequences, confidentiality, or how feedback will be provided.
The public guide is advance product information. It is not a consent form and cannot replace care-specific information from your clinician.
Recording and submission
The assignment page leads you through instructions, recording, review, and final submission. A recording is not final until you explicitly submit it. Once submitted, the attempt cannot be replaced through the normal workflow.
If the browser or microphone fails before submission, keep the page open when possible and follow the recovery message. If a material interruption or nonstandard condition could affect the recording, tell your clinician.
Privacy and results
Recordings and protected task material use authenticated access. Notification emails exclude patient names, task details, recordings, scores, and results. Automated output is restricted to the owning verified clinician and must not be interpreted in isolation.
